Anzac Day 2013

Anzac Day is a national day of remembrance in Australia and new Zealand, originally commemorated by both countries on 25 April every year to honour the members of the Australian and new Zealand army corps(ANZAC) who fought at gillopi in the ottman empire during world war 1.It now more broadly commemorates all those who served and died in military operations for their countries. Anzac Day is also observed in the cook islands, Niue, Pitcairn and tonga. It is no longer observed as a national holiday in Papua new guinea or Samoa.
Today I have been teaching my Room 10 buddy Christine these netbook skills - how to open a doc, how to find a picture from Google, how to type a sentence and change size, colour and fonts, and how to post to a blog.
